5. WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

5.2 Marketing:
Marketing refers to advertising, which helps fund our Services and allows us to offer Games for free. We may show our own ads and third-party ads. Mobile advertising relies on identifiers like Advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android). You can control these through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt out of interest-based ads").
Please note that limiting Advertising ID use will not stop ads entirely, but they may be less relevant to you as they won't be based on your personal data.
1) When you see ads in our Games, we may share your Advertising ID and IP address with partners if you consented to personalized ads. They use this data to limit ad frequency or customize content.
2) When you see our ads outside our Services, ad networks may determine your interest based on past activity associated with your Advertising ID. This is done according to their own privacy policies.
3) Advertising IDs are also used for measurement (clicks, installs) and fraud prevention. Data may be collected via web beacons embedded in ads.
6. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We may share data with third parties to achieve the purposes described in this Policy:
6.1. Related Entities
We will use and disclose your personal data to our group companies, including FreakPlanetStudios and all subsidiaries.

We may disclose data to regulators and law enforcement (including anti-money laundering authorities) or in response to government inquiries.
6.4. Service Providers
We may disclose data to third-party providers (professional advisors, data analysts, storage providers) who require access to provide specific services. Amazon AWS will record personal data in the USA.
6.5. Replacement Providers
If FreakPlanet management is transferred to another company, we may disclose data to that company. In a sale of assets or acquisition, personal data will be among the transferred assets.
